These Are The Tastiest Vinegars

Vinegar is a sour-tasting liquid that’s commonly used in dressings and sauces. It’s created from a process called fermentation. Before vinegar, there is ethanol alcohol which is broken down by bacteria. In the health community, it’s believed that vinegar is very healthy. However, there is no research to support most claims about vinegar. On the flip side, vinegar happens to be a perfect replacement for salt.

Red Wine Vinegar

Red wine vinegar is quite popular. Some noticeable features are its deep red color along with some nutrients. This vinegar is a good source of polyphenols, resveratrol, and iron.

Balsamic Vinegar

Unlike the other types of vinegar, this one is sweet and dark in color. Balsamic vinegar is sweet because it’s stored in a barrel for so many years. On top of its sweetness, it also has a lot of potassium.

Sherry Vinegar

Sherry vinegar comes from sherry wine. What’s unique about sherry vinegar is its nutty flavor. The vinegar gets flavor from the barrels it’s stored in. With this vinegar, you’ll lower your blood sugar levels.

Malt Vinegar

This vinegar is made by fermenting barley mash. Malt vinegar is usually seen as inferior compared to other types of vinegar because of its role in fast food. Despite its use in fast food, it does have health benefits after all. One such benefit is the management of blood sugar.
